(C) If representing a Market Participant or Transmission Customer, only access, view, or use any data attributable to the Market Paricipant or Transmission Customer that is your current employer or principal, and promptly report any inadvertent access to any other Market Participant's or Transmission Customer's data to MISO immediately and in accordance with FERC's Standard of Conduct requirements (18 CFR Part 358);

(D) Only use the information contained herein in a lawful, legal, and authorized manner.
